Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing, Long Turning Area

Activities

Programming, setting up, and operating CNC long turning machines (FANUC control)
Independently optimizing existing programs and manufacturing processes
Working on conventional machines
Ensuring the required quality standards by measuring and inspecting the manufactured parts
Performing general workshop tasks
Continuous improvement of machining techniques and processes

Requirements

Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ
Several years of professional experience in the CNC field, especially in long turning
Experience in independently programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines
Good knowledge of ISO programming (FANUC advantageous)
Good German language skills, spoken and written
Team-oriented, reliable, and resilient personality
Independent, solution-oriented thinking and working style
