As the division director of our branch in Bellinzona, you take full responsibility for your unit: technical management, team management, client contact, and strategic development. With an entrepreneurial approach and a strong focus on quality, you drive complex projects and actively contribute to the success of the region.

• Management of the BU with responsibility for results, resources, and quality
• Planning and implementation of projects in the electrical sector (civil and industrial installations, automation, etc.)
• Guidance, support, and development of the team: you are a professional and human reference point
• Acquisition of new mandates and care of existing clients
• Close collaboration with regional management and corporate management
• Development of the Business Unit in compliance with ETAVIS standards and with a focus on innovation

• Technical training in the electrical engineering sector. Experienced in electrical installations and safety, with experience in team and project management
• Entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented approach
• Leadership skills, clear communication, and team spirit
• Knowledge of the local market and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment
• Reliability, strategic vision, and passion for electrical engineering
• Knowledge of the German language is an advantage
