At the Oncology/Radiation Oncology department at USZ, you will take on a central role as a specialist nurse in the further development of nursing quality and support your team in handling complex patient situations.

Specialist Nurse (m/f/d) Oncology/Radiation Oncology Ward 60-100%

Your main tasks
- You care for patients with complex oncological/haematological and/or radiation oncology conditions
- You actively contribute specialist topics to the department's activities
- You convey knowledge and enthusiasm for the profession with didactic skill
- Together with the nursing expertise, you are responsible for professional support and quality assurance in the department
- You are the first point of contact for team members on professional matters
- You support long-standing as well as newly employed staff through targeted coaching
Your profile
- You are an experienced nursing professional with a bachelor's degree, at least two years of professional experience in an acute hospital, and the willingness to undertake advanced specialist training in nursing
- You possess very good communication skills and a quick grasp
- You feel comfortable in rapidly changing situations and can set priorities
- As a cooperative and constructive team member, you take on a role model function and share responsibility for the department together with management and vocational training
