The position includes a wide range of tasks, including:
<ul><li>Setup/preparation of events: Support in planning and preparing small to large events in our event location. </li><li>Assisting with large events as a supervisor: Taking on leadership tasks and ensuring a smooth process during larger events. Experience in personnel management is an advantage.</li><li>Independent management of small events in our event location or at external catering</li><li>Control of inventory / ordering for the event department</li><li>Assistance in other departments</li><li>Management of the cash register in the cafeteria: responsible for the smooth operation at the cash register and processing payments. Experience with cash register systems is an advantage.</li><li>Control of the hygiene concept in the cafeteria: Ensuring that all hygiene standards are met to guarantee the health of our guests. Knowledge in food hygiene is required.</li></ul>
