On behalf of one of our partners, a recognised home care organisation, we are recruiting an Assistant in Care and Community Health (ASSC).

Your tasks in the field:

• Perform technical and basic care directly at patients' homes.

• Monitor your patients' health day by day and adapt your actions if necessary.

• Liaise with families and other health professionals to ensure smooth medical follow-up.

• Prepare your equipment and organise your rounds to be efficient during each visit.

• Support patients with everyday tasks, encouraging them to maintain as much autonomy as possible.

What we are looking for in you:

• Diploma: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an Assistant in Care and Community Health (ASSC).

• Interpersonal skills: You enjoy working independently while having excellent interpersonal skills.

• Mobility (Essential criterion): You have a driving licence, own a car, and are completely comfortable travelling by bicycle.

• Organisation: You are organised, adapt easily to unforeseen events, and know how to communicate with all types of profiles.
