About the job
On behalf of one of our partners, a recognised home care organisation, we are recruiting an Assistant in Care and Community Health (ASSC).
If you enjoy being out in the field, working independently and having a direct impact on patients' quality of life, this position is for you.
What awaits you within the team:
An essential role: You concretely help patients to continue living at home comfortably and safely.
A varied daily routine: No two days are the same. You meet different people and manage a wide range of clinical situations.
True flexibility: You work outside the hospital walls, in a climate of trust that promotes your autonomy.
A good balance: The rounds are organised logically.
A team spirit: Even if you are alone with the patient, you are part of a close-knit team with whom you can always exchange and find support.
Your tasks in the field:
Perform technical and basic care directly at patients' homes.
Monitor your patients' health day by day and adapt your actions if necessary.
Liaise with families and other health professionals to ensure smooth medical follow-up.
Prepare your equipment and organise your rounds to be efficient during each visit.
Support patients with everyday tasks, encouraging them to maintain as much autonomy as possible.
Qualifications
What we are looking for in you:
Diploma: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an Assistant in Care and Community Health (ASSC).
Interpersonal skills: You enjoy working independently while having excellent interpersonal skills.
Mobility (Essential criterion): You have a driving licence, own a car, and are completely comfortable travelling by bicycle.
Organisation: You are organised, adapt easily to unforeseen events, and know how to communicate with all types of profiles.
