Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%
Your Tasks
- Ensuring correct payroll processing for assigned companies
- Assisting with year-end tasks (salary round, pension fund, compensation office, AHV etc.) as well as salary revisions
- Administration and maintenance of personnel master and payroll data in Navision - Swiss Salary
- Supporting the line with questions about payroll and social insurance
- Preparing statistics (LSE, Besta statistics)
- Further development and optimization of payroll processes
- Participation in HR projects
What You Bring
- Further education in HR and/or social insurance
- Several years of experience in a similar role, enriching your professional background with payroll know-how
- Good numerical flair and understanding of the connections between payroll, HR, and financial accounting as well as legal aspects
- You have a strong customer focus, work independently, and can share your knowledge well with others
- You are service-oriented, communicative, and team-oriented
