Job Description
For the timber construction department, we are looking for a trained Carpenter EFZ for a long-term temporary assignment.
Recent graduates are also warmly welcome. You will be carefully introduced to the various tasks and can gain valuable professional experience in modern timber construction together with experienced carpenters.

The construction sites are located in Seetal, the city of Lucerne, as well as in the Sursee and Wiggertal regions.

Carpenter EFZ Timber Construction (m/f/d) - Seetal Region | Permanent Position Possible

Your tasks include:
  • General carpentry work in timber construction
  • Erecting timber structures
  • Assembly of prefabricated timber elements
  • Creating and assembling various roof structures
  • Participation in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
  • Work on agricultural buildings
  • Assembly of timber façades
  • Participation in roof and façade renovations
  • Assembly of supporting structures and demanding timber constructions
  • Working according to plans and technical drawings
  • Preparatory work in the workshop
  • Assembly work on various construction sites
  • Collaboration with team leaders and other craftsmen
  • Ensuring clean and high-quality execution


    • Deployment regions
    Depending on the assignment, you will work on construction sites in the following regions:
  • Seetal
  • City and region of Lucerne
  • Sursee region
  • Wiggertal



    • We expect:
  • Completed training as a Carpenter EFZ
  • Recent graduates are explicitly welcome
  • Professional experience in timber construction is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Enjoyment in erecting and assembling timber structures
  • Good basic knowledge of wood and wood materials
  • Ability to read construction plans and technical drawings
  • Manual dexterity and good spatial imagination
  • Physical fitness and no fear of heights
  • Reliable, motivated, and careful working style
  • Enjoyment of working in a team and outdoors
  • Good German language skills
  • Driving licence category B is an advantage
  • Own car is an advantage
  • Residence or already existing accommodation in Central Switzerland
