What to expect
- You independently process simple and complex changes and ensure their correct and timely handling.
- Additionally, you process applications from existing and new insured persons and carry out simpler risk assessments if necessary.
- You efficiently handle incoming cancellations.
- Correspondence with service providers, insured persons, and employees in our agencies and offices is also part of your daily tasks.
- You advise our insured persons as well as employees in our agencies and offices patiently and with a high level of service orientation.
What you bring
- You have successfully completed vocational training as a commercial clerk EFZ or in the medical field (e.g. MPA, pharmacy specialist EFZ).
- Good communication skills in Italian and/or French are a great advantage.
- An exact and efficient working style, respectful interaction, and high resilience, especially during seasonal peaks, characterise you.
- A strong service orientation and confident handling of various software programmes are expected.
- Do you have professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally in risk assessment? Even better!
