Clerk Administration and Insurance (50 to 100%)
This is what you will do with us
- You are the first point of contact in administration for homeowners, municipalities, builders and craft businesses. You answer enquiries competently and kindly by phone and email.
- You maintain the insurance portfolio, for example with mutations and changes of ownership.
- You work closely with our building expert colleagues. You coordinate appointments, documents and queries and ensure that building valuations and claims are processed promptly.
- You actively help shape our processes to make them more digital, simpler and more customer-friendly.
- You participate in events and communication, for example at public events or content for our website.
- In the near future, you will also independently handle simple fire and natural hazard claims, from notification to settlement.
This is what you bring with you
- You have a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or a comparable basic education. Experience in property insurance, administration or the construction or real estate sector is a clear advantage.
- You are familiar with property and/or building insurance or wish to specifically further your education in this area.
- You have a flair for construction-related contexts or enjoy getting to know them.
- You are dynamic and proactive. You think ahead, keep an overview even with many enquiries and work precisely.
- You communicate clearly and kindly, both on the phone and in writing.
- You are digitally savvy and open to new tools and processes.
- You are a team player and appreciate a small, well-coordinated team.
