As part of our Strategy Implementation „Salt 2025+“ and to strengthen the Operation & Supply Chain Management leadership team, we are looking for a conceptually and operationally thinking leader as Department Head Supply Chain Management (100 %).
Your role: You will take on the technical and organizational leadership in the areas of production planning, warehousing, logistics, and intralogistics. Together with your team, you will ensure a cost-efficient and timely order processing – from ordering to the delivery of our products.
What you can achieve with us
- Further development and gradual implementation of the logistics and distribution strategy of Swiss Salinen AG
- Overall responsibility for cross-product production planning along the entire supply chain
- Ensuring reliable delivery readiness while maintaining an efficient inventory
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of around 20 employees and promoting their professional and personal development
- Leading and coordinating digitization projects in the area of production planning and logistics
- Introduction and sustainable anchoring of Operational Excellence (OPEX) in the entire SCM area
Your profile
- Higher education (e.g., federal diploma, HF, Bachelor or Master) in the field of Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position
- Experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Operational Excellence
- Solid knowledge in materials management, production planning, and logistics in a manufacturing environment
- Very good IT skills, ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP systems

- Holistic and entrepreneurial thinking, quick understanding of complex relationships, and ability to develop pragmatic, SME-compatible solutions
- High initiative and willingness to actively shape change
- Modern leadership understanding with a focus on co-design and further development of the team
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Team player with a pragmatic approach and a touch of humor
- Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge of the other language, English skills are an advantage
