Your profile: ✔ Proven experience in real estate (minimum 3 years)

✔ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

✔ Autonomy, rigour and entrepreneurial spirit

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying and selling real estate properties.
• Evaluate properties and advise clients on their market value.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients and properties.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales conditions.
• Ensure personalised and professional follow-up throughout the process.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a real estate broker.
• Good knowledge of the Swiss real estate market and specifically Geneva.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in French, with very good knowledge of English.
• Valid driving licence and mobility within Switzerland.
