(Assistant) Tax Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks you will enjoy

• Support and advice for Swiss group companies in all matters of Swiss corporate tax law
• Preparation of tax returns for the Swiss group companies
• Support of internal projects with tax-related issues (e.g. restructurings, financing topics, transfer pricing)
• Assistance with tax compliance (including VAT) and tax reporting - including OECD Pillar II and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) topics
• Analysis of tax risks and development of optimisation proposals
• Correspondence with tax authorities, external advisors, and internal stakeholders
• Assistance in the further development of internal tax processes and guidelines

Requirements you bring

• Several years of professional experience in Swiss corporate tax law (e.g. in a tax department, fiduciary/advisory firm, or tax authority)
• Training or studies in accounting or taxation, e.g. specialist in finance and accounting, fiduciary and consulting specialist, expert in accounting and controlling, or similar
• A flair for numbers and sound knowledge of accounting (IFRS and Swiss Code of Obligations)
• Good knowledge of Swiss tax law, ideally complemented by experience in international issues
• Analytical thinking, independent and structured working style
• High reliability, team spirit, and enjoyment of a varied role
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
