Lead your own Dosenbach branch and become part of a motivated team. In this role, you will be responsible for sales targets, personnel deployment planning, and an excellent customer experience with a diverse product range. Responsibilities:
- You are fully responsible for your branch from A-Z
- Your area of activity includes, for example, inventory management, merchandise management, as well as administrative and analytical tasks
- You are actively working on the sales floor, paying attention to the appearance of your branch and passionately serving your customers
- You lead your employees, train, promote, and develop them further
- To stay up to date, you continuously participate in meetings and training sessions
- Basic training in sales with a federal certificate of competence
- Experience in the textile and/or shoe industry is an advantage
- You impress us with initial leadership experience
- A strong affinity for operational and business metrics is one of your strengths
- You find it easy to respond to customer needs and provide professional advice
- You always show empathy, behave exemplary, and treat the team and the company with respect
- Excellent German language skills
