CNC Setter Specialising in Milling 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Setting up, converting and operating CNC-controlled processing machines for glass substrates

• Monitoring and ensuring a smooth production process

• Carrying out initial sample and process inspections

• Measuring and checking the manufactured parts with suitable measuring instruments

• Analysing and resolving faults as well as performing maintenance and servicing work on machines and equipment

• Documenting production, quality and process data

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or a comparable technical qualification

• Experience in setting up and operating CNC-controlled machines

• Knowledge of CNC programming and manufacturing technology

• Experience in handling technical drawings and measuring instruments

• Precise and independent working style as well as a high awareness of quality

• Manual dexterity, well-developed fine motor skills and good eyesight

• Reliability, sense of responsibility and team spirit
