Within the Commercial division, the Mobility & Services department ensures the best connection and accessibility of the airport and a positive customer experience across all mobility offerings. As Head Mobility Operations, you take on a central leadership role in this dynamic environment: You and your team are responsible for the smooth operation of the landside transport hub and the associated process flows around traffic, parking, logistics, and access.

Your job destination

• Technical responsibility for the "Mobility Operations" section with around 20 employees, direct personnel management of 5 employees
• Responsibility for the smooth operation of the landside transport hub in the areas of traffic, parking, logistics, and access control, including the operations centre Parking & Access in 7x24-hour operation - which also requires situational deployments during off-peak times and weekends
• Analysis of relevant key figures and KPIs as well as derivation and implementation of effective measures to maintain and continuously improve service quality and efficiency
• Process responsibility for end-to-end processes in the area of operational operations and ensuring quality requirements and process specifications
• Leadership and management of collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Responsibility for concepts, strategies, and projects for the further development of the operations organisation

Your skills in your luggage

• Several years of leadership and management experience in an operational operations organisation
• Completed vocational training or studies with higher education in the field of leadership & management, facility management, traffic, logistics, or a comparable field
• Convincing and assertive leadership personality with a confident appearance, high social competence, and pronounced communication skills
• Structured and process-oriented working style, strong organisational skills, and basic technical understanding
• Very good German skills and good English skills
