Role:
Are you an experienced leader who keeps an overview even with a high volume of orders? In this role, you will manage operational processes, further develop your team, and ensure efficient and reliable procedures.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and development of employees
Management of personnel and capacity planning
Coordination of ongoing orders and ensuring smooth operations
Responsibility for quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost-effectiveness
Identifying and implementing process optimisations
Coordination with production, assembly, and logistics
Active promotion of an efficient and team-oriented working style
Qualifications:
Several years of leadership experience
Very good organisational skills as well as experience in planning and coordination
Assertive and communicative personality
High personal responsibility and resilience
Pragmatic, solution-oriented working style
Knowledge in painting, varnishing, surface treatment, or sandblasting technology is a plus but not mandatory
