Guest Relations Manager 80-100%

• As the top host, you are responsible for an excellent guest experience and outstanding service quality.
• You represent the management during the shift and are always informed and approachable as a decision-maker. 
• You respond professionally to individual guest needs, participate in VIP management, and actively contribute to making our guests feel cared for and comfortable. 
• Although you do not lead your own team, you take responsibility and competently and appreciatively support our team leaders in their leadership tasks.
• You ensure smooth and safe gaming operations, monitor compliance with daily business processes, and help wherever necessary.

• You are a flexible and organizationally strong leader with several years of casino and leadership experience, preferably as a Duty Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Floor Manager, or in a comparable position. 
• In dealing with guests, you radiate hospitality and enthusiasm for the casino business and are able to assert yourself professionally and friendly even in demanding situations and find solutions. 
• Shift work (with attractive bonuses) can be well balanced with your social life and hobbies. 
• German is your native language or you speak it fluently; English and other languages are an advantage. 
• Due to legal requirements, you have a clean record (criminal and debt register extracts).
