100% position, in the mountain restaurant Sattelhütte of Arosa Bergbahnen AG

A dreamlike panoramic view as well as a rustic and cosy atmosphere await you in our typical Arosa hut at 2401 m above sea level. Your tasks

You pamper our guests with fresh and regional dishes
Preparation of dishes at various stations
Mise-en-place for daily operations
Goods receipt control and responsible for order in the storage according to the "first in, first out" principle
Daily cleaning tasks including compliance and monitoring of kitchen hygiene

What you bring with you

Completed training as a cook and experience in a similar or equivalent position
Good German skills and you understand Swiss German
You enjoy cooking regional, Swiss cuisine with fresh products
Independent and responsible working style
Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts
Resilience, team player, reliability and you keep calm in stressful situations
Skiing or snowboarding is required for the commute
Enjoyment of experiencing a winter season in the Grisons mountains
