You are a FaGe and looking for a new challenge in long-term care, but do not want to commit immediately to a permanent position? Then Try & Hire could be just the right thing for you. For an institution in the long-term care sector, we are looking for a motivated Health Specialist EFZ (60-100%) who will initially get to know the operation through a temporary assignment and, if mutually interested, subsequently switch to a permanent position.

Your Tasks

Holistic and individual care and support of the residents
Assisting residents with activities of daily living
Performing medical-technical and nursing tasks within your own area of competence
Observing and documenting the health status
Proper management of nursing documentation
Close collaboration with qualified nursing professionals and other occupational groups
Contributing to a pleasant and appreciative daily life for the residents
Active participation in the team and support in ensuring high-quality care

Our Requirements

Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or an equivalent Swiss recognition
Interest and enjoyment in working in long-term care
Empathetic and respectful attitude towards elderly and care-dependent people
Independent, reliable and responsible working style
Team spirit and good communication skills
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
