Two Pastors

Church district three (KK3) is located at the foot of the Uetliberg and extends into the neighborhoods of the city center. It is very popular because of its diversity of generations, forms of living, and cultures. Of the approximately 50,000 inhabitants, around 8,000 are members of the Reformed Church.

Your tasks

• Community building and profiling of the Friesenberg neighborhood church
• Services, pastoral care, ceremonies 

Focus areas to choose from

• Family work: Development of low-threshold child- and family-friendly offers (possibility to connect to existing offers of men's work focusing on father-child relationships).
• Adult education: Development of practical biblical-theological and spiritual formats for adults.
• Senior work: Promotion of meeting and discussion formats as well as spiritual and pastoral care offers.

• You are theologically rooted in the Reformed State Church and proclaim the Christian message in a practical way. With courage and creativity, you enable new paths in spirituality.
• You work with commitment and empathy with the pastoral team and all other professional groups.
• You work networked and proactively and communicate transparently.
• You can motivate volunteers to participate and let them actively co-design.
• You are interested in the further development of the Zurich church community.
• You appreciate lively ecumenical cooperation and are committed to its further development.
