Maintenance Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the proper execution of all periodic maintenance, repair, and overhaul work using the company’s own maintenance system, as well as rapid and reliable resolution of technical faults

• Committed participation in managing the spare parts warehouse, including inventory control and continuous improvement of warehouse management to ensure the availability of critical components

• Expert training and support of polymechanic apprentices, imparting your know-how and actively supporting their professional development

• Independent planning and careful execution of legally required periodic inspections of equipment according to official regulations and internal company standards

• Willingness to be on call and respond to emergencies to ensure continuous production availability in 3- and 4-shift operations, including deployments outside regular working hours

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, mechanic, industrial mechanic, or in a comparable mechanical field

• Several years of practical experience in industrial maintenance or a craft environment

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written

• Proficient use of common Office programmes

• Willingness to be available for on-call and emergency services around the clock

• Strong team orientation and interest in supervising and training apprentices
