For our production department, we are looking for a

Shift Leader/Plant Leader in Plastic Processing Injection Molding (m/f)

in a 3-shift operation.

• Monitoring the injection molding machines and troubleshooting at level 1
• Technical leadership of the shift personnel
• Providing raw and packaging materials
• Quality control of the produced parts including documentation
• Packaging of finished parts
• Documentation and reporting of disturbances and problems
• Monitoring the material supply during the shift and storing materials in the warehouse

• Technical flair and several years of professional experience in a production company, preferably in the plastic injection molding sector
• Willingness to work shifts including nights
• German language skills at least at level B1 completed
• High quality awareness
• Committed and independent working style
• Team spirit, flexibility, and physical resilience
