- Support of the internal sales department and support
- Assistance in planning and coordinating service deployments
- Support in scheduling service technicians
- Preparation of quotations and orders for spare parts and deployments
- Monitoring and controlling ongoing orders
- Preparation of necessary shipping documents for international shipping
…brings the following qualifications…
- Technical or commercial basic training
- Experience in export or willingness to learn these skills
- Very good German and English skills, any additional language is a plus
- Experience in hydraulics, mechanics, and automation is an advantage
- Good user knowledge of MS Office products
