Complex medical cost cases are our daily routine: Whenever it is unclear which insurance pays, we come into play. We clarify who provides coverage - basic health insurance, accident insurance, military insurance or disability insurance - and ensure that everything is handled correctly and fairly. You will delve deeply into files from the German-speaking and Western Switzerland regions, review the cases and make well-founded decisions. This is what your day looks like
- At the core: You clarify borderline cases related to accident and military insurance and make clear decisions.
- In professional and medical matters, you represent our position vis-à-vis other social insurers.
- You communicate in writing and orally with clients as well as social insurers and service providers.
- You reclaim costs incurred from the responsible insurers and post them directly in the system.
- You maintain your cases in the system, update our professional databases and keep an overview even with many files.
- With your expertise, you contribute in team meetings, discuss tricky cases and help to further develop our processes.
What you bring with you
- First and foremost: Your solid professional experience in a similar role in health and/or accident insurance forms the foundation for your function as a specialist.
- You express yourself very well in German - both orally and in writing.
- Your paramedical or commercial basic training provides a solid basis.
- You already have further training in the social insurance sector or are currently undertaking it? That would definitely be a plus!
- Teamwork is important to you: You contribute, share your knowledge and at the same time manage cases independently.
- You work carefully, think in a connected way, remain calm even in complex situations and enjoy taking on responsibility.
