To strengthen our Account Management team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, curious and organised person as
JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER (m/f/d) – 80-100%
In this role, you will work closely with the Account Management team and be an important interface between clients and our interdisciplinary teams. You will support day-to-day business, keep an eye on projects and gradually grow into the world of client consulting.
What you are responsible for
- Creation of briefings, cost estimates, invoices, timings
- Assistance in coordinating campaigns, timings and deliverables
- Preparation of presentations, reports and decision-making bases
- Close collaboration with creation, digital, media, production and other specialists
- Tracking project statuses, timelines and to-dos
- Independent management of smaller clients or individual projects
- Supporting the team with larger campaigns and administrative tasks
- Realisation, monitoring and production supervision of all advertising materials
- Research on market, competition and campaign topics
What we wish for from you
- Completed studies (FH/HF) in marketing, communication, business administration or a related field
- Initial experience in account management, marketing, agency environment or project coordination
- Structured, reliable working style and strong organisational talent
- Clear, professional communication in German and English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
- Basic understanding of marketing, communication and advertising
- Team spirit, initiative and high willingness to learn
