From 1 January 2027, a place is reserved for you in our package tours team for one year – if you love travelling and prefer to help shape the experience rather than just join in.

How does a travel idea become a bookable experience? With us, you won’t find out from a textbook, but directly in practice. You advise our customers, handle bookings, and get a behind-the-scenes look at tour operating.

• You advise our direct customers and travel agencies – mainly by phone
• You sell our tours and handle bookings from A to Z
• You compile travel documentation for our driving staff
• You liaise with hotels and other service providers to ensure a smooth travel process

• You assist us at events and trade fairs and come into direct contact with travel enthusiasts
• You look after our guests at departures and ensure a thoroughly successful start to their holiday

You are undertaking training in the field of tourism and want to finally get some practical experience. Additionally:

• You enjoy sales and contact with people

• You keep an overview even when several things are happening at once

• Word and Excel are not foreign words to you

You don’t have to know everything yet. What matters is that you are curious, think along, and are eager to really get stuck in.
