What is my role?

As a member of the Supply Chain Planning team, you are jointly responsible for ensuring the worldwide availability of around 8,000 different sales items

• You are responsible for the timely and quantity-appropriate operational procurement of raw materials, including organising the corresponding collection transports

• Together with strategic purchasing, you evaluate suppliers and continuously optimise the diverse purchasing processes

• You create forecasts for customer demand, process inventory reports from various warehouses, and derive supplier orders as well as production orders in domestic and foreign plants

• In a continuous improvement process, you conduct analyses and continuously manage lead times and master data in the ERP system

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

• Initial professional experience in purchasing is an advantage

• Negotiation skills and assertiveness

• Good MS Office skills, ideally experience with ERP systems

• Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
