About the job

The Department of Ageing and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in its five retirement homes as well as through Spitex.

For our residential group at the Rosental Retirement Home, which provides a secure home for 108 residents, we are looking for an open-minded and committed individual, immediately or by arrangement, paid hourly.

Your Tasks

Assisting in the professional and individual care and support of residents
Contributing to the needs-based daily activities of the residents
Carrying out administrative tasks

Your Profile

Training as a care assistant or assistant in health and social care with at least 1 year of professional experience
Independent, committed, resilient and responsible
Experience in long-term care and computer skills
Understanding of the Swiss dialect as well as good oral and written German skills (at least B1/2)
