Study Operations Coordinator

About the job

In this versatile role, you actively shape the study operations and are an important point of contact for prospective students, current students, and the study management. You support the planning and implementation of teaching activities, conduct initial interviews, contribute to acquisition and marketing, and manage our social media channels. At the same time, you coordinate timetables, rooms, enrolments, and feedback processes, ensuring the smooth running of courses as well as the maintenance of our learning platform "Moodle". You also organise study trips and internal events such as workshops, kick-offs, and alumni events from planning to follow-up. With your organisational talent, communication skills, and ideas, you also contribute to optimising processes as well as the further development and quality assurance of our educational offerings.

Your profile

• Federal diploma or higher technical school (HF) with relevant professional experience
• Organised and communicative personality with a strong service orientation
• Experience in selling continuing education or service offerings (advantageous)
• Very good user skills in MS Office; experience with e-learning systems such as Moodle, CRM tools, and social media (advantageous)
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends
