We are looking for a Nurse Manager, m/f/d, 80-100% workload, starting September 2026 or by arrangement
Your area of responsibility
In this versatile position, you will take on the tasks, competences and responsibilities of a nurse manager. You will perform demanding nursing tasks, monitor and support the nursing process. Furthermore, you will care for residents and their relatives. You are responsible for the professional leadership of nursing and care and create concepts and documents. Thanks to your training and expertise, you are able to implement the latest nursing science findings into practice and provide advisory support to the nursing teams.
Your profile
You have a solid professional training in nursing with a Bachelor, FH degree or a comparable further education. Independent work with and for people is important to you. You are motivated to support our residents in their daily living and care. You are proficient in the use of common IT programmes and your German is fluent and stylistically correct.
