Change the world of tomorrow:
- You keep an overview of all service notifications in the Digital Service Center and ensure that incoming fault reports are analysed and resolved promptly, whether by remote access or telephone
- Subsequently, you coordinate customers and service providers to efficiently rectify service outages and always comply with the agreed contract contents and Service Level Agreements
- In doing so, you use monitoring solutions to specifically support our service technicians and continuously ensure service availability
- In addition, you regularly create and maintain new entries in the knowledge database and actively exchange experiences and error patterns with colleagues from development and specialist departments
- You are also willing to contribute to ensuring service availability as part of on-call and standby duties, for example in 24/7 standby shifts
- Training: You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, building or automation technology with relevant professional experience in support/service
- Experience and knowledge
- You have a broad technical understanding of IT and OT environments as well as basic to advanced knowledge in network technology and IT security, such as VPN or remote desktop tools
- You have experience with network infrastructures and protocols, especially TCP/IP; knowledge of other protocols is an advantage
- Knowledge of building and automation protocols (e.g. BACnet, KNX) as well as initial contact with parameterisation and commissioning of technical systems is desirable
- Working style: You work in a structured, independent and customer-oriented manner, also in a remote working environment
- Language skills: Very good German and fluent English skills. French or Italian skills are an advantage
