HR Business Partner 80 % (f, m, d) Zurich, Aarau or Zug
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as HR Business Partner. In this role, you will take on a key position in implementing our HR strategy and support managers and employees in all personnel-related issues.

- Comprehensive, professional support and advice for managers and employees in your area of responsibility
- Recruitment of specialists and managers in close collaboration with the line
- Responsibility for the entire employee life cycle (from entry to exit)
- Accompanying and implementing change processes and strategic HR initiatives
- Participation in exciting HR projects as well as further development of processes and tools
- Close collaboration within the HR team as well as with interfaces in other company areas
- Completion of a qualified HR training and several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable position
- Strong consulting skills, high social competence, and service orientation
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident, winning demeanor at all hierarchical levels
- Fluent in German and very good English skills
- Proficient in using MS Office applications and good HRIS knowledge (ideally Abacus)
- Diverse and responsible activities with room for design
