- Management and implementation of projects in finance and administration – from the idea to go-live
- Analysis and redesign of processes – up to seamless end-to-end processes
- Standardisation and optimisation of workflows
as well as reduction of special solutions, media discontinuities and paper - Automation and innovation: evaluation and
implementation of innovative solutions - Bridge between departments, IT and software
partners; responsibility for applications - Training and consulting of departments as well as
collaboration in daily business, working groups and specialist committees - Support of departments and the CFO in special tasks
