These are your tasks:
- Managing a station (approx. 10 tables)
- Implementation of a professional and efficient service process
- Welcoming and attending to guests at the bar
- Beverage/service and their preparation
- Warm and empathetic guest care
- Consideration of individual guest wishes
- Organization and responsibility for cleanliness in the service area
- Mise en place work and final check before service begins
- Collaboration within the team and with other departments
