About the job

• Support of the team lead in daily business and staff management
• Active participation in goods receipt (approx. 80%) including booking and storing of individual items
• Supervision, promotion and further development of team members
• Shaping improvements in the sense of KVP (continuous improvement process)
• Coordination and planning in daily operations as well as close cooperation with three other deputies
• Daily exchange with Quality Service in case of deviations and problems

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a logistics specialist EFZ or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in logistics or production environment
• Interest in a leadership role and enjoyment of working with people
• High personal responsibility, resilience and pronounced organisational skills
• Very good German skills (at least B2) as well as experience with ERP or warehouse management systems
• Willingness to work weekly rotating shifts (early shift approx. 05:00 – 14:00, late shift approx. 14:00 – 22/23:00) as well as possible Saturday shifts; mobility is required
