What to expect
- Support of the team lead in daily business and staff management
- Active participation in goods receipt (approx. 80%) including booking and storing of individual items
- Supervision, promotion and further development of team members
- Shaping improvements in the sense of KVP (continuous improvement process)
- Coordination and planning in daily operations as well as close cooperation with three other deputies
- Daily exchange with Quality Service in case of deviations and problems
- A dynamic environment with constant growth, diversity and development opportunities
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training, ideally as a logistics specialist EFZ or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in logistics or production environment
- Interest in a leadership role and enjoyment of working with people
- High personal responsibility, resilience and pronounced organisational skills
- Very good German skills (at least B2) as well as experience with ERP or warehouse management systems
- Willingness to work weekly rotating shifts (early shift approx. 05:00 – 14:00, late shift approx. 14:00 – 22/23:00) as well as possible Saturday shifts; mobility is required
