To strengthen our Flexible Packaging department, we are looking for an immediate or mutually agreed:

Your role with us:

• Independently setting up, operating, and monitoring our modern 6-colour central cylinder flexographic printing machine
• Professional printing of production orders according to work instructions as well as performing approvals and in-process controls
• Adjusting printing inks according to colour samples and ensuring and documenting quality and production data
• Mounting and changing printing plates as well as continuous monitoring of print quality
• Carrying out cleaning and simple maintenance tasks in compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Supporting the training of new employees and accompanying trainees
• Active participation in lean management and continuous improvement process measures to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and equipment availability
• Contributing to a safe, clean, and 5S-organised workplace

You have experience in flexographic printing and enjoy a technically demanding role in a quality-oriented production environment.

You bring with you:

• Completed vocational training as a flexographic printer, print technologist, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience with central cylinder flexographic printing machines
• Experience handling solvent-based printing inks
• Technical understanding of plastic films and their processing
• Independent, structured, and precise working style
• High quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Team spirit, resilience, and a solution-oriented personality
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
