About the job

The iwaz offers as a social enterprise assistance for residential, training, and work opportunities, is a service provider for industrial, rehabilitation technology, and social assignments, and is a venue for seminars, events, and gastronomic experiences in Wetzikon.
About 60 residents aged between 20 and 90 live at iwaz and receive support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in managing their daily lives. A well-coordinated care and support team is responsible for professional care and support.

Your Tasks

Accompanying and assisting the participants of the day center according to the principles of participation and self-efficacy
Taking on individual tasks related to the work with reference persons
Developing individual learning goals with the support of the practical training supervisor (PA), according to the competency grid learning objectives
Co-designing the assistance-based offers
Participating in team meetings and team consultations, reflections, and intervisions
Maintaining electronic documentation
The student independently takes on assignments and reflects on them in PA discussions
