About the job
In this varied job
- you pack printed materials, coordinate demanding shipping orders and ensure transport-safe as well as timely processing of parcel, post and special shipments
- you create delivery, freight and customs documents for national and international shipments in the ERP system
- you process delivery notes and shipping labels
- you lead a small team in the special shipping area, organise the daily tasks and ensure a smooth running of day-to-day business
You will succeed here if
- you bring experience in a comparable role
- you are proficient with MS Office applications and have experience with ERP systems
- you express yourself confidently in German, both spoken and written
- you think in a networked way and use your organisational talent purposefully
- you work solution-oriented and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- you enjoy dealing with people and like working in a team
- you work independently, structured and reliably
