Key Account Manager Western Switzerland and Parts of German-speaking Switzerland 100% (m/f)
In this varied position, you are responsible for the care of our most important customers in Western Switzerland and parts of German-speaking Switzerland. Together with our Key Account Manager for German-speaking Switzerland, you ensure the sustainable development of our key customers. For the associated travel activities, a modern company vehicle will be provided to you. You will be in close contact with the sales field service, which supports you in implementing sales activities in the sales branches. Your analytical skills help you analyze reports in Excel and PowerBI. You also have a passion for tools and are well acquainted with the construction industry.
- Care of key accounts in Western Switzerland and parts of German-speaking Switzerland
- Collecting and providing market-relevant information about market/prices/competitors/trends/innovations
- Targeted area and visit planning based on assigned customer classes
- Price and condition negotiations
- Co-design of promotions and activities
- Assortment design with the trading partner
- Visits to trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences
Your profile:
- You are well networked in the hardware trade or construction-related environment
- You have acquired the theoretical knowledge in a sales-specific further education
(Level specialist certificate or higher) - You have proven your sales talent for more than 5 years
- Confident French in spoken and written form and negotiation-secure German
- You have good Excel skills and know how to prepare data with it
- You are familiar with ERP systems (preferably Navision or SAP) as well as CRM
