Your field of activity
- Establishment, further development and operational management of the CTA Campus
- Design, planning and ensuring the implementation of practical training and coaching formats for internal and external target groups
- Development and maintenance of training materials, learning paths and training modules
- Building, scheduling and further development of an internal and external pool of lecturers
- Ensuring a high professional and didactic level with a clear practical focus
- Close cooperation with product management, service, sales and technology to further develop the training content
Your backpack
- Completed basic training in a technical profession (e.g. heating, sanitary, electrical or comparable)
- Several years of professional experience in the building technology environment
- Further training in adult education, training, coaching or didactics
- Experience in the conception, organization or further development of technical training or coaching
- Structured, independent and implementation-strong way of working
- Confident German language skills; French is an advantage
