About the job
A systems house in Central Switzerland, clients from the regional economy, many different environments: This is exactly where you learn more in a short time than in any single company. We are looking for a System Engineer with a solid education and initial practical experience, who is ready to soon take on their own projects and clients.
Reasons to make the change:
- Varied projects instead of the same environment all the time
- A team that shares knowledge and time for further training
- A comprehensive package with fair conditions
This advertisement is aimed at professionals who work or have worked at an IT service provider, systems house or MSP.
- You implement projects from planning to handover and act as the technical contact person on site or remotely.
- You support client environments in ongoing operations, resolve faults at 2nd and 3rd level and ensure that client employees can work without disruption.
- You work on virtualisation, data backup and network topics and specifically expand your knowledge in these areas.
- You support colleagues when projects or faults require it and share your know-how within the team.
- After a short induction, you independently take on tasks and largely plan your own work.
- You are well versed in Windows Server and clients, Active Directory and messaging solutions and have experience with virtualisation and backup solutions.
- You bring solid fundamentals in networking (switching, routing, WLAN). Experience with network access control is a plus, as is a flair for IT security.
- You have experience in 2nd and 3rd level support.
- You enjoy communicating with clients, remain calm in hectic moments and find pragmatic solutions.
