Your responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the real estate portfolio in French-speaking Switzerland, with a particular focus on the Lausanne region
• Management of the portfolio in terms of performance, business plans, investments and value creation
• Representation of the owner’s interests with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordination and management of external service providers
• Participation in the development and optimisation of portfolio management processes and tools

Your profile

• Higher education (university or university of applied sciences) in business administration, real estate, architecture, civil engineering or finance
• Proven professional experience in real estate portfolio, asset management or real estate investment, including the development and implementation of portfolio and asset strategies
• Good understanding of real estate valuation methods
• Experience with investment, development and real estate transaction processes
• Excellent knowledge of the real estate market in French-speaking Switzerland
• Credible and convincing personality, with a strong presence and excellent communication skills in a bilingual environment (French and German)
