Clerical Officer Social Services (50%)
Within the city administration, the Social Services department fulfils the role of a contact point for people in personal, family or financial difficulties. Together with all those affected, interdisciplinary bridging and permanent solutions are found.
Your main tasks
- Administrative and organisational tasks
- Reception duties and telephone service
Your strengths
- Completed commercial training
- Good IT affinity and Office skills at ECDL Standard level and knowledge of specialised application (KLIBnet) advantageous
- Flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality
- Quick comprehension as well as an independent, structured and precise way of working
- Confident oral and written communication
