Job Description
Your tasks include:- Independently leading a horticulture team in building individual gardens
- Reviewing plans and clarifying the approach
- Organising the work of your team
- Sharing your knowledge about plants and experience in handling materials
- Solution-oriented communication with the customer and your team
We expect
We expect:- A completed basic education at EFZ level as a landscape gardener
- Several years of experience in the field
- A responsible and decisive personality
- Organisational talent and an eye for coordinated collaboration
- A customer- and service-oriented nature
- Leadership qualities
- Enjoyment of the profession
- Driving licence category B
