Deputy Managing Director
Responsibilities
- Active participation as a host personality in service
- Taking on various administrative tasks such as daily accounting, correspondence, ordering and time management
- Responsibility for overall operational processes in the absence of management
- Support in leading, training and scheduling the team as well as fostering a motivating working atmosphere
- Planning and implementing sales promotion measures
- Professional management of reservations and guest feedback
- Compliance with and monitoring of operational hygiene and quality standards
Requirements
- Several years of experience in gastronomy or hospitality, ideally in a leadership position
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Confident, service-oriented demeanour and enjoyment in guest contact
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, even in hectic situations
- Knowledge of duty scheduling, billing systems and hygiene standards is an advantage
- German language skills at least B2 level in spoken and written form, additional languages are a plus
