CNC Setter Turning 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Setting up and operating CNC-controlled machining centres in the turning sector

• Inspection of manufactured parts (visually and dimensionally)

• Monitoring of production processes

• Optimising existing programmes and workflows

• Creating tool lists and documenting production processes

• Introducing and implementing process improvements and innovations

• Supporting other production departments as needed

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic, CNC turner, cutting machine operator or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in CNC turning, ideally in precision mechanics

• Good knowledge of programming CNC controls (e.g. Heidenhain or Fanuc)

• High quality awareness and strong technical understanding of precision manufacturing

• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
