About the job
The successful candidate will join the IT Operations team and work alongside other operators on a 2x8 shift system:
They will be responsible for monitoring and controlling batch processes via scheduling tools, managing alarms and incidents, as well as distributing them to the various support teams (hotlines).
This role requires:
After approximately 6 months of integration, the employee will participate in level 1 and level 2 on-call duties during nights and weekends (Saturday and Sunday), at a rate of one week per month.
The work is carried out in pairs.
One week will be dedicated to hotline activities, supervision, and scheduling of processes.
