They are looking for a Junior Fiduciary Mandate Manager 80-100% who processes accounting, prepares financial statements, creates tax returns and supports clients. Your tasks with the new employer:
- You carefully manage financial and payroll accounting for diverse client mandates, check receipts and account assignments, and ensure reliable figures together with the mandate management
- For interim and annual financial statements, you perform account reconciliations, prepare closing entries and contribute your numerical understanding to clean, timely reporting
- You prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons in a structured manner under professional guidance, combining tax thinking with high accuracy and discretion
- In direct client contact, you respond to enquiries politely by phone and in person, coordinate appointments and documents, and confidently manage administrative processes in daily business
You offer your new employer:
- Ideally, you have a commercial basic education and initial practical experience in fiduciary work; candidates with a lower formal education and solid relevant professional experience are also welcome
- Further training as a fiduciary clerk or in finance and accounting is an advantage; ongoing training in accounting, taxes or fiduciary work also fits the role well
- In daily work, you are confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and ideally have experience with Abacus; knowledge of similar solutions like Bexio or Sage as well as a structured closing methodology are also helpful
- With confident German, good English skills, precise working methods and a friendly manner, you remain organised, reliable and pleasantly straightforward even when handling several topics simultaneously
