The Kantonsschule Zürcher Unterland operates a long and a short grammar school with all the matriculation profiles offered in the canton of Zurich as well as an immersive class stream (German/English). With almost 1200 pupils and over 180 teachers as well as 30 staff in administration and operations, the Kantonsschule Zürcher Unterland is one of the large secondary schools in the canton of Zurich.
Your Tasks
At the start of the 2027/28 school year, we are looking for a secondary school teacher with special responsibilities (mbA) for History (55%).
*mbA: This includes your involvement in class leadership, subject group or collection management, as well as in teaching or school development.
Your Profile
You have a completed specialised degree, i.e. a Master’s in History, and hold a teaching diploma for History at matriculation schools or an equivalent qualification. You have several years of teaching experience at grammar school level and already bring experience in performing additional tasks within the school operation.
