Your field of activity

• You independently manage and execute our interesting and varied large timber construction projects (engineered timber construction + element construction)
• Within these projects, you take responsibility for execution planning, material procurement, project management, monitoring construction costs, adherence to deadlines and quality, as well as preparing billing and warranty inspections
• As the primary contact person for the client, you ensure an optimal project process regarding costs, deadlines and quality, as well as customer satisfaction and project profitability
• You accompany and control the implementation of your plans in the areas of production and assembly

Your foundation

• Following your vocational training as a carpenter, joiner or construction draughtsperson, you have completed further training as a certified technician HF in timber construction, timber construction foreman, timber construction master or a degree in timber construction
• With your previous experience in managing, planning and executing larger timber construction projects and your technical basic understanding, you easily master the daily construction and project routine
• You enjoy working with clients and, thanks to your confident and competent manner, communicate with your internal and external project partners on an equal footing
• Your independent and structured way of working as well as your high quality and cost awareness distinguish you
• You have very good construction knowledge and are proficient in using CAD programmes (ideally CADwork 2d and 3d) and MS Office programmes
